EC Pohl & Co RE Ltd was formed in 2023 to operate as the responsible entity/trustee for registered and unregistered managed investment schemes managed by EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd and its related companies.

EC Pohl & Co Pty Ltd is an established funds management firm with 25+ years’ experience managing portfolios of Australian and Global equities. Portfolios are constructed from sustainable, quality growth companies and as selected through our proprietary investment process.

EC Pohl & Co RE Ltd has an Australian financial services licence (AFSL# 554 769) to operate registered managed investment schemes, details are available in our FSG. The role of the responsible entity is to ensure proper administration of the managed investment schemes and safeguarding of assets. It ensures that managed investment schemes operate transparently, ethically, and in compliance with Australian regulations, ultimately working to protect investors’ interests.
